Delivery and Return Terms

Delivery Terms

Your orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during the week are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time varies depending on your location, but averages 1-5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to easily track your order.

Delivery times may be delayed during public holidays and peak campaign periods.

Things to Note During Delivery

We recommend that you check the package upon delivery of your order.
In case of any damage, missing items, or deformation, do not accept the delivery and have the courier prepare a report, then contact us.

Return Conditions

You can return the products you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products to be returned:

  • Unused and undamaged.

  • Labels must not have been removed

  • To be shipped in its original packaging.

Return Process

After creating your return request, you need to send the product to the address provided.
Once we receive the product, we will conduct the necessary checks and initiate the return process.

Terms of Exchange

You can contact us for product exchange requests.
Depending on stock availability, exchanges for a different size or color of the same product may be possible.

Return Shipping Fee

  • In case of product-related errors (defective/wrong product), the shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • In other return situations, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
